This policy explains how the LeLutka Discord bot, LeL Assistant, handles your data. The bot runs only inside our own Discord servers and is not publicly installable. We have written it in plain language because we want you to understand it.
Data controller
The data controller is the company operating the LeLutka brand, registered in Croatia, contactable at studio@lelutkasl.com. Our full registered company details are available on request. The supervisory authority for data-protection complaints is AZOP, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
What the bot can see
The bot sees only what Discord shows it: messages in channels it has been added to, your username, your server roles, and your interactions with the bot, such as buttons and forms. It cannot read your direct messages or channels it is not in. That is simply how Discord works.
What we store
- Designer records: Second Life name, Discord ID, application answers, approval status, and kit access. Kept while you are active as a LeLutka designer.
- Bot activity logs: messages in channels where logging is enabled. Kept for 6 months, then deleted automatically.
- Giveaway entries and winners: kept for 6 months after the giveaway ends.
- Dashboard sessions, team only: a standard login session that expires on logout.
Why we store it
To run the designer programme, keep the server safe, handle support, and review issues when something goes wrong.
Lawful basis for processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on legitimate interests, for running the designer programme, community safety, and support; consent, where you choose to register or enter a giveaway; and legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
Who can see it
Only LeLutka leadership and designated team members with dashboard access. Nobody outside our team.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties. We do not use it to train any AI model. We do not use it for anything outside running LeLutka.
Where your data lives
The bot and its dashboard run on our own servers in Germany, within the European Union. Data stored there is encrypted at rest.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you, to object to how we use it, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To make a request you can use the Delete My Data button in the #privacy channel of our Discord server, which starts the bot's self-service erasure and export flow, or you can email studio@lelutkasl.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a registered LeLutka designer, deleting your data will also remove your designer roles, your access to designer-only channels and downloads, any pending applications, and your giveaway history. You can always reapply later.
Safety and investigations
We may keep specific records longer if we need them to investigate abuse, fraud, or a serious incident. This is rare, and applies only to the affected account.
Changes to this policy
If anything meaningful changes, we will update this page and post a note in the #privacy channel of our Discord server. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
