LeLutka makes virtual fashion goods for Second Life. This website is a brand and reference site. It does not include accounts, logins, checkout, or e-commerce. Anything you read here is informational.

Purchases happen inside Second Life, through the LeLutka mainstore and the Second Life Marketplace, under Linden Lab's terms and our store policy.

Intellectual property

All content on lelutkasl.com belongs to LeLutka or to its licensors. This includes the written copy, the photography, the head renders, the HUD imagery, the brand identity, the logos, and the design and layout of the site itself. Copyright and database rights are reserved.

You may view the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Sharing a link to a page is fine. Taking a screenshot for personal or editorial use with credit is fine.

You may not copy, redistribute, republish, modify, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any content on the website without our prior written consent. You may not use the content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning systems without our prior written consent.

Trademarks

LeLutka, the lelutka. wordmark, Evolution, EvoX, and PURE are trademarks of LeLutka. Other trademarks shown on the website belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants you any right or licence to use any trademark without permission.

Permitted and prohibited uses

You may browse the site, read the content, share links to pages, and contact us by email.

You may not:

• Use any automated tool, scraper, crawler, or bot to extract content from the site, except for legitimate search engine indexing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server, or any connected service.
• Use the site to upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the site.
• Use LeLutka content to impersonate the brand or mislead others.
• Use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose.

The website contains links to external services such as Discord, Bluesky, Flickr, the Second Life Marketplace, and others. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We provide the links for your convenience. We do not control or endorse those services and we are not responsible for their content, security, or behaviour.

Products are sold in Second Life

The website is informational. We do not sell anything directly through lelutkasl.com. To purchase a LeLutka product, visit the LeLutka mainstore inside Second Life or the LeLutka section of the Second Life Marketplace.

Any purchase you make is governed by Linden Lab's Terms of Service for Second Life and by our store policy. The LeLutka store policy covers refunds, redelivery, demos, gifting, and group tag rules. We recommend you read it before making a purchase.

No warranty

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website online and the information accurate, but the site is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that the information on the site is complete or current. Statements about products, features, or release dates may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeLutka and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in connection with the website itself, which in normal use is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and, for visitors in the European Union, liability for gross negligence and wilful misconduct. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law are not affected.

Designer programme

If you are a registered LeLutka designer, your relationship with LeLutka is governed by your designer agreement and the rules of the designer programme. Those documents take precedence over these terms for matters that relate to designer activity.

The current Licence Agreement is presented inside the LeLutka Discord registration flow. You accept it in the TOS channel as part of registration; kit files unlock once the agreement is accepted.

Starter kit downloads

By downloading the starter kit you agree to the Starter Kit Licence: a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free permission to (a) use the files to create derivative content such as skins, makeup, tattoos, and similar textures for LeLutka heads, and (b) sell that derivative content inside Second Life. You may not (i) redistribute the kit itself, in whole or in part, in any format; (ii) sublicense, rent, or share the source files with any third party; or (iii) use the files or any derivative to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning systems without our prior written consent. We may revoke this licence at any time, in which case you must stop using the source files but may continue to sell derivative content already published in good faith.

Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains what limited data we collect and how we use it.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb or the court competent for the registered seat of the company, unless local consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at lelutkasl.com/terms. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
